Here's What Happens Next
We will contact you within 24 hours and set up a meeting to discuss the details of your school's uniform program. We assist in selection of school uniform materials, colors, brand identity, and digital artwork. We will also discuss the budget and pricing details. These are all part of a customized partnership program process. We will discuss our online option, offline option and the hybrid option.
After Signing an Agreement
Once we’ve established the program details for the upcoming school year, we’ll review it with you to make certain it meets all your expectations. You will sign off before we finalize our production planning. Then we’ll begin manufacturing custom uniform items and aligning our inventory levels to ensure families have all they need for the upcoming school year.
Every student in their school uniform on the first day of school
In the first year of our partnership, within 3 weeks of the signed contract your school’s custom gubbacci website will be launched and fully functional.
Custom uniform products including logo wear will be ready to ship 2-3 weeks before your school start date, and will be available in-stock/ready to ship throughout the year if your school opted in for the inventory model. (Gubbacci will maintain inventory of your school uniforms and accessories in our warehouse throughout the year).
Inventory model will allow parents to place orders for uniforms throughout the year and this will be especially helpful to students who join school after the school year has started.
Timely and Consistent Care Throughout the Year
Each school will be assigned an account manager. Our account managers will update the school administration via email and meet in person periodically to ensure that the school’s expectations are being met.
Every December/January of each year, Team Gubbacci will meet with the school administration team to review the account and provide the details on all the products sold that year. During this meeting, there will be an opportunity to review and make changes to the uniform program.
