General Guidelines

Our aim is to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship our products all across India from our warehouse in Bengaluru. The terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy govern all orders processed and shipped by Gubbacci Uniform Company.
 

Shipment Processing Time

Pre-Orders: Pre-Ordered uniforms will be delivered and shipped according to the date specified on the order email.

For all orders that are in stock will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such a case, we will notify you via email or telephone.
 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The rates may vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, but we ask for your patience and understanding.
 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

Gubbacci Uniform Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
